To start a day nothing could be better than a healthy breakfast at the glamorous, timeless Claridge’s Hotel, so exciting for the launch of the new Aspinal of London collection for Spring 2017 !
On the way to Claridge’s Ballroom and what was I wearing for London Fashion Week Aspinal press launch Spring Summer 17? Pastels are the key colours for our new Spring-Summer 17 collection, inspired by Notting Hill one of the most enchanting places architecturally in London .
The glamorous Art-Deco style of the 1930’s period of Claridge’s Ballroom was the incentive for my outfit for the day . I wore a Miu Miu simple trapeze silhouette dress in a soft peach colour with Art Deco clasps to add an alluring and stylish touch. The highlight and final touch of the outfit were the accessories – shoes and handbag .
My latest discovery are the shoes from Gianvitto Rossi in a rose gold sparkle finish to match my new Aspinal Lottie Bag in rose gold leather from our latest SS17 collection . To keep the chill off I covered my shoulders with a jacquard coat from Millie .

We are so proud to announce our collaboration with one of the most celebrated and my favourite British actress Michelle Dockery . The story behind the collaboration was a coveted vintage bag owed by Michelle’s grandmother. She remembered and treasured this bag since she was a little girl. This memory was the inspiration for the collection which we created with Michelle for Aspinal , The Dockery Collection .
Three of my favourite bags from The Dockery Collection are: The Mini Dockery frame bag in two tones of blush pink and touch of chanterelle leather trim, The Mini Snap bag in monochrome leather combination and Mini Soft Taupe Dockery frame bag.
To support young British designers we have teamed up with the brand Beautiful Soul and created this capsule collection of bags with their most cutest and timeless blossom and hydrangea prints. Can you spot a little bee hiding inside the blossom print? Together with Nicola Woods, designer and owner of the Beautiful Soul brand and our favourite bags from collection .
